Army National Guard veteran Errika Stiltner is no stranger to serving her community. She lived in Zion, Illinois, for most of her life and graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School. From there, she sought education at Parkland College and worked as an office administrator/sales agent for two years. 

From 2007 to 2017, she served in the ARMY National Guard as Military Police. Following the ten years she dedicated to military service, she took on another high-responsibility role working for the Sheriff's office. After several years of working for the Sheriff's Office, she was promoted to a Lake County Sheriff's Deputy. During the five years spent in this role, she tirelessly helped to protect our county. 

In 2022, she founded Dripped by E, a company that designs custom pens, budgeting binders, and other accessories. This business venture requires for her to wear multiple hats, as she fills the role of all job functions for this company: product design, inventory control, customer service, content creation, and training and development. Launching this business has been an enriching and fulfilling experience. Within the short span of two years, Dripped by E has achieved great success.

As a lifelong Lake County resident, Errika has always cared about the community around her, and looked for ways to improve it. In 2024, she joined the Illinois Beach Sunrise Rotary, a local organization dedicated to providing support locally and abroad for those in need. This organization provides academic excellence awards and scholarships for Lake County students, provides free coats to the community, honors our healthcare heroes, and regularly checks in with the community to ask if anyone has a local project that requires funding.

Her experience with serving the community and with launching a successful business in Lake County makes her a great addition to our Board!
