Radiant Precious Jewels, LLC was founded by award-winning educator Yvonne Mason in 2024 as a result of her continued passion and dedication to positively impact the heart, body, and soul of 3rd - 8th grade girls. Yvonne is motivated to reach and touch the lives of as many Lake County girls as she can by fulfilling her predestined purpose to reach and teach.

In 2003, Yvonne Mason founded Elmwood Charm Club at Elmwood School in Zion, IL, servicing 50 girls in 3rd - 6th grade. For 8 years, women from Lake County unified to share their time, gifts, talents, skills, and wisdom as they poured into the lives of the girls, greatly impacting their lives. An annual fashion show showcased each girl's growth, development, strength, and beauty inside and out.

Radiant Precious Jewels, LLC will educate, equip, and empower girls to develop self-esteem, confidence, self-worth, self-love, and self-respect. Every girl has brilliance within to radiate to the world.
