• A registration form must be completed for each child in RPJ
• A yearly membership fee of $200 is required for each child 
  • This fee can be paid in quarterly amounts of $50 
  • There are discounts available when a parent/guardian is registering more than one child
• A media release form must be completed for each child in the program
• A health questionnaire must be completed for each child in the program

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Parents/guardians must transport girls to and from class sessions, events, parties, and field trips on time
• Notify RPJ prior to class by call, text or email if your child will be absent or late to class
• Girls are to be respectful, responsible, safe and kind to RPJ staff, venue staff, and other RPJ girls

Radiant Precious Jewels, LLC, is a nonprofit organization for 3rd-8th grade girls in Lake County. Program funds go toward the operation of the organization.

• Girls receive 2-hour classes two times monthly from August to May
• Girls are provided with snacks and drinks every session
• Girls receive t-shirt with RPJ logo, illustrated journal book, folders, pencil pouches, spiral notebooks, a jeweled pen, and other necessary materials throughout the program year
• Girls get free access to all events and parties
• Girls get all meals and drinks free at all events
