RaNelle L. Griffin's Biography
A lifelong resident of Lake County, Illinois, RaNelle L. Griffin was born and raised in Waukegan and North Chicago, IL. She currently resides in Zion and is a graduate of North Chicago Community High School.
RaNelle is the CEO of Ellenar Noval Designs, a business that repurposes clothes, accessories, and household Items. She is also a co-owner of Head Turner Designs, a hat and clothing business. Together with her daughter, she runs the YouTube Channel "The FreeThem Network," covering trending hot topics and more.
RaNelle has successfully led, taught, and inspired several youth girl groups, including Titus 2 Abundant Gifts Missions (T.A.G.M. 2), We Teach Youth, and Youth Entrepreneurs providing guidance and support to help young girls aged 7-12 build their confidence, discover their strengths, and develop their entrepreneurial skills. Several were able to start and monetize their own businesses.
RaNelle has helped set up business endeavors for her children and grandchildren. Her studies in Entrepreneurship spans over 20 years of reading, trainings and certifications. She is so excited to see what each of their futures hold as thriving entrepreneurs.
Helping others succeed in entrepreneurship is truly her passion. It brings her great joy! She was born for this, and we're grateful to have her as a member of our board!
